The Sports Committee of Gujarat National Law University was commenced in the year 2008 with a vision to develop the sporting culture in the University. The Sports Committee works tirelessly through the year, organizing a plethora of activities which has unearthed precocious, hidden talents who have become fixtures in the University teams.
For developing a sporting culture among the students with disabilities at the university and at other educational institutions, we are organizing a webinar on the topic “Equal Opportunities in Sports to the Persons with Disabilities: Prospects and Challenges” from 17th December 2021 from 2.00 P.M. to 4.30 P.M. wherein students with disabilities would be motivated to take an active part in sports activities. Further prospects and challenges in sports for persons with disabilities shall also be highlighted.
