Supreme court Banned the entry of a clerk in the court premises for three Months in pursuant to sexual harassment complaint against him.
Member of GSICC committee on 15th February 2021 issued a notice against Mr. Ashok Saini, clerk of an advocate, that he will be debarred from entering the precincts of Supreme Court of India for a period of three months from 1st July, 2021 till 30th September 2021.
Mr Ashok Saini has been found guilty for sexual Harassment by Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) and consequential inquiry, under Regulation 11(1)(b) and (c) and 11(2)(a) of the Gender Sensitisation and Sexual Harassment of women at Supreme Court of India (prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
