Jio Haptik Technologies Limited is looking for a specialized Legal Advisor to handle all legal matters and projects. You will be responsible to advise our company on legal rights and duties.

What will you do every day?

You will be responsibilities include drafting legal technology agreements like SAAS agreements, Master Service Agreements, NDA’s, Software Technology Agreements, System Integration agreements, Partner Agreements and documents, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues. Someone who has strong communication skills and who will be able to manage a large workload with a tight deadline, and remain up-to-date with laws.

Need prior experience in Technology Domain with respect to drafting, reviewing and vetting of these agreements and also hands on knowledge with data privacy laws with regards to GDPR, CCPA etc.

Only with prior experience in Technology company/ tech start ups will be entertained.
