Hindu deity Shri Krishna moves Mathura court to reclaim lost site at Mathura

After winning Ram Ayala in the Ayodhya case, now Sri Krishna Virajman has also approached the court in Mathura. In the court of Mathura, by filing a civil case, Shri Krishna Virajman has requested to free his birthplace.

Through this petition, he has sought ownership of 13.37 acres of Krishna Janmabhoomi, which was occupied during the Mughal period and made a royal idgah. There has been a demand to remove the royal Idgah mosque.

The suit has been filed by advocate Ranjana Agnihotri and six other devotees on behalf of Lord Sri Krishna Virajaman, Katra Keshav Dev Khevat, Mauja Mathura Bazar city as their intimate friends.

However, the Places of Worship Act 1991 is coming in the way of this case. Through this act, Malkina Haq was given exemption in the litigation regarding the disputed Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid litigation. However, disputes in all religious or religious places, including Mathura-Kashi, were barred from litigation.

Just a few days ago, in the meeting of the Akhara Council in Prayagraj, there was a discussion about the saint-saint Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. In this, the saints tried to start mobilization for Kashi-Mathura.
