FUNCTIONING RESTRICTED IN MADRAS HIGH COURT AS TWO JUDGES ARE FOUND COVID POSITIVE

Where country is preparing to get back to its normal working on other hand even courts are trying their level best to get the court functioning back to normal but at least three judges of the Madras High Court are found COVID-19 positive. 

Therefore Madras High court has decided to restrict the functioning until the month end. Only hearing of important matters will be done through two divisional benches and four judges and to from their own residences. Therefore court has decided to continue functioning of court through video conferencing.

Through sources it is found out that the judges have not been infected in the court premises but got infected from their drivers or the judges who were found positive carried and spread virus to others and also couple of judges have quarantined themselves who suspect themselves to be infected of virus because they might have come in contact of other people who are found out COVID positive.
