This Free Online Certificate Course on IPR is provided by E-Justice India & Adv. Kulin Dave (IPR, Cross Border Transaction etc.) Practising in Mumbai and Goa.
The Course duration will be 1 Month, i.e From 1 may to 30 May.
The Course is comprised of the following modules.
Author Introduction
- Introduction to Intellectual Property
- Trademark Law
- Copyright Law
- Patent Law
- Geographical Indication
- WIPO Treaties
- Unfair Competition

Examination Link will Active on 01 June 2020 at 4 PM
The Doubt clear session will be on 24 May, 2020 at 06:00 PM . Meeting Id & Password will be shared on the whatsapp group.
Students will get Modules on the website or through Email.
The Online Examination Will be Conducted on 1 June, Timing will be 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
The Question Paper will include Multiple Choice Questions.
There will be 100 questions, each correct answer shall carry 1 Mark.
Students who will pass the exam with 30% Marks will be awarded certificate of completion of Course.
