Delhi riots matter :

The Delhi High Court on Monday had constituted 4 new dedicated courts for hearing of Delhi Riots Cases. 

According to the orders issued by the Registrar General Delhi High Court on June 15, 9 Judicials Officers were transferred to the sessions and the magisterial courts for North, North-East, Shahdara, South-East, Central and the New Delhi districts of the Capital.

As per the order said , Mr Purshotam Pathak, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM), Patiala House Court, New Delhi transferred to North-East Karkardooma. Mr Fahad Uddin, Metropolitan Magistrate MM-1, Central, THC transferred to MM-4, Shahdara, KKD.
