Bombay HC Reserves Order,Until Then Middle Seat Occupancy Allowed On Flights

The Bombay HC on Friday passed the order directing the flight operators to allow the passengers to occupy the middle seat strictly. 

The SC had allowed Air India to operate international flights with occupancy in middle seat for 10 days, the Flight operators shall allow the passengers to occupy the middle seat strictly in compliance with circular dated 31st May ,2020.

Government had made it mandatory for passengers returning on rescue flights to stay in quarantine for 14 days -7 days in institution and rest in home.
