Mr. Sahdev Singh was born in April, 1968. 

Mr. Sahdev Singh, serving the Indian Government from past 20 years with an excellent service record. He joined the Indian Government services immediately after qualifying the 10th class.

 He served as Personal Assistant, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and later on as a Section Officer in the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. A Central Secretariat Service cadre officer, Mr. Sahdev Singh is at present serving as Under Secretary in the Department of Justice, Law & Justice/Ministry of Home Affairs, to the Government of India. 

Earlier, he was on deputation as Assistant Commissioner / Deputy Assessor & Collector, in the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. 

Mr. Sahdev Singh did his MA in History and LLB from Delhi University. Then he went to Malta & London to do his LLM in International Maritime Laws from IMO – IMLI.

He has also done Post Graduate Diplomas in- Constitutional Law, Parliamentary Procedures & Institutions, and International Law and Diplomacy.

In brief, Mr. Singh has got various degrees of MA, LLB (DU), LLM (Malta-London), Post Graduate Dipoma in Constitutional Law, Post Graduate Dipoma in Parliamentary Institutions & Procedures, Post Graduate Diploma in International Law & Diplomacy and Parliamentary Fellowship. Even, recently, he  got the Honorary Doctorate Award of Public Administration (honoris causa), Degree of HONORARY DOCTORATE OF PHILOSOPHY ( PhD) in INTERNATIONAL LAW OF HUMAN RIGHTS and also Honorary Doctor of Laws (LLD).

He has attended many short courses, meetings, workshops and conferences at various renowned institutions and educational centres. He visited about 10 countries.  

In recent past, he was working as Under Secretary, Ministry of Human Resource Development, in the Government of India. 

In the Ministry Of Shipping, Mr. Sahdev Singh was dealing with matters relating to maritime shipping and navigation, lighthouses, national/inland waterways, ports, etc. However, in the department of Higher Education, in the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Mr. Sahdev Singh was dealing the matters relating to universities. He was also dealing with the matters of  NAAC and Indian Research councils i.e. ICSSR, ICPR, ICPHR, etc. Mr. Sahdev Singh has delivered lectures as Visiting Faculty at Indian Maritime University, Chennai to LLM students and Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar regarding Environmental Law to M.Phil/Ph.D students 

He is likely to be promoted as Deputy Secretary to the Govt of India.

Mr. Firdoshali  kassam (Karachiwala) BA.(hons.) LLB is an attorney practicing in Mumbai since 45 years. He is specializing in civil litigation, Arbitration, mediation, Conveyancing. He is a master trainer in A.D.R having acquired Masters training in Australia and United Kingdom. Mr Karachiwala is also managing trustee of centre for A.D.R. he is proprietor of firm named M/S. Firdosh & company, advocates and Solicitors.

Mr Karachiwala is an experienced person and he has conducted several training programmes in India and abroad on mediation for judges, Advocates, charted Accountants, Engineers, NGOs etc.

V.Inbavijayan was educated at Dr.Ambedkar Govt. Law College, University of Madras. On completion of his legal education, he took up litigation practice at High Court of Madras (1997). His enthusiasm towards ADR made him to pursue whole time arbitration practice since 2001. So far he has presided as sole arbitrator and represented as counsel in over 350 domestic cases, several thousands of small-claims commercial/financial arbitrations and 14 international arbitrations. D.Saravanan completed Degree in Law from University of Madras and enrolled himself as an advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in the year 1992 and he was trained under the eminent senior lawyer Sri.K.T.Palpandian. He has been practicing in the Chartered High Court of Judicature at Madras in various fields like, Civil (Original & Appellate Side), Criminal (Limited Area), Constitution, Labour & Service, Insurance, Banking, Consumer, Rent Control Laws, Accident Claims, Arbitration & IPR. Considerable cases, in which he appeared as counsel, were reported in leading Regional Law Journals.

He has appeared as lead and co-counsel in numerous domestic and international arbitration proceedings concerning the disputes relating to construction, joint ventures, financial services, international trade, employment disputes, property, maritime, shipbuilding, franchises, investment, on and Offshore contracts, securities and general contractual matters.

He has resolved many domain name disputes involving international trade marks, such as, Kellys Blue Book, Kingston, NBA Sports, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Microsoft, etc., under National Arbitration Forum (NAF), USA and Asian Domain Disputes Resolution (ADNDRC).

D.Saravanan is also one of the founder trustees and Chairman of an arbitration centre, namely, Council for National and International Commercial Arbitration (CNICA- www.cnica.org) and CNICA Mediation Center, under the agies of a non-profit Trust called Trust for Alternative Disputes Resolution.

He has undergone a training programme in Workplace conflicts in U.S.A. and also a mediation training programme conducted by the High Court of Madras annexed Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation. He has been accredited as mediator by the High Court, Chennai, Labour Courts, Chennai, Small Causes Courts for accidents claims, Chennai, Family Courts, Chennai and Courts in Trichy District. As mediator, he was able to assist the disputants to arrive at an amicable settlement in or about 200 disputes so far.

He is a trainer for arbitrators and mediators and trained many in-house arbitrators concerning public sector undertakings of Government of India. He is a regular speaker on arbitration in various institutions, associations, organizations, chambers of commerce, etc. and he has attended several conferences, seminars and workshops. His articles on arbitration have been published in various journals and he is one of the co-authors on the compilation of case laws rendered by Supreme Court of India on Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Professor (Dr.) Ram Niwas Sharma was Born on December 24, 1951, got the education up to 8^th standard in a distant village came to jodhpur for further studies. Passed 10^th class from Board of Secondary Education , Ajmer, Rajasthan in 1967.

Graduated in Science from the than Jodhpur University in 1972, and LL.B. also from Jodhpur University in 1975 and Master of Laws in 1978. After LL.B. he enrolled as an Advocate and practiced in Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur up to 1978.

He was appointed as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law, Jodhpur University in 1978. He became Associate Professor in 1991 and Professor of Law in the year 2001. He occupied the post of Vice-Chancellor at IASE Deemed University, Sardarshahr for more than two years.

He has more than 35 years of teaching experience.

He has authored more than nine books. He has participated and presented research papers in more than 70 National Seminars. He has presented and participated in eleven International Conferences/Seminars.

He has more than 45 published research papers in various national and international journals. More than 22 scholars have been awarded Ph. D. in Law under his guidance and supervision.

He has evaluated more than 100 Ph. D. theses from more than twenty Universities. He has organized more than nine National Seminars.

He has visited about 30 countries. He has delivered more than sixty extension lectures/ invited lectures. He has vast administrative work experience.

Dr. Ram Niwas has also been Dean and Head, elected with a highest vote( four times) for Senate, has been member Syndicate, Director UGC Academic Staff College, President University’s Board of Sports, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. He has been a teacher leader and has been President/ Secretary of the Teachers Union for more than twelve years. Presently, he is Professor & Dean, School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun.
