A plea has been filed in SC against the pick and choose policy of the registry and it’s section officers
The direction seeks the registry not to discriminate , humiliate the litigants and give equal treatment to the litigants . For that , the pick and choose policy has to be abolished which has always been used by the registry and it’s section officers .
The Petition had been filed by adv Reepak Kansal stating that the section officers of the registry give preference to some law firms and influential advocates . Moreover it has been alleged that the registry demanded unreasonable charges from the petitioner and even harassed him .
