BCI decides to close open book exam only bare acts will be allowed, system applicable from exam to be held on March 21
BCI Exam 2021: Bar Council of India (BCI) has decided that no books, notes or study material will be allowed to be taken in the examination hall from All India Bar Examination-16. That is, there will be no open book examination now. However, candidates will be allowed to carry the Bare Act without notes and commentary.
The information states that no books, notes or study material will be allowed to be taken from the All India Bar Exam-16 (AIBE-XVI) to the examination hall. Candidates can carry the Bare Act without notes. Bar Council of India has decided to conduct All India Bar Examination-16 on 21 March 2021. The 15th examination was held on 24 January 2021. Online registration for All India Bar Examination-16 has started from 26 December 2020. The last date of registration is 21 February 2021. The last date for payment of examination fee is 23 February 2021.
The last date for filling the online form is 26 February 2021. Admit cards will be released online on March 6, 2021.
According to the Bar Council of India, more than one lakh advocates have registered for the Bar Examination 16 to be held at around 140 centers in 50 cities of the country.
