Patna HC Upholds Central Governments Dismissal Order of its Employee Appointed 30 Years Back

Patna HC has uphold central government’s decision of dismissing one of its employee Manoj Kumar .He had fraudulently secured job 30 years back by showing himself scheduled caste category.

Kumar had shown himself to be belonging from the Schedule caste community in the SSC Examination.

He was terminated from services on Feb 17, 1993. The Tribunal dismissed his services twice first in 1993 and second in 2005 when CAT upheld the inquiry against Kumar.He finally moved high court and again got reinstatement order on November 4,2015
