Lawyers Write To Allahabad HC Chief Justice Seeking Simplification Of E-Filing Procedure

Advocate Satyam Singh , Advocate Prashant Kumar Shukla and Advocate Shivam Singh lawyers of Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad write  a letter to Honorable Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court regarding For simplification of Standard Operating Procedure For E-Filing of Fresh Urgent Matters. Advocate Satyam Singh  has mentioned the problems faced by advocates and litigants of the Allahabad high court while filing the urgent matters through electronic mode. There are two main below mentioned problems which are creating issue during e-filing,

1- Mandatory use of Adhar card linked with mobile no for deponents/ litigants while filing the affidavits.

2- Mandatory use electronic signature of advocates while filing the case.

Advocate Satyam Singh has mentioned his letter That in the wake of this Corona Pandemic (COVID-19), most of the lawyers are confronting with hardship in obtaining and getting access to electronic signature. It is most humbly suggested that it will be of immense help to advocates at large that this mandatory requirement is dispensed with and replaced by any simplified process like scanned signature as prevalent in Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble Delhi High court. .
