About the Competition

Greetings from Moot Court Society, School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun. It gives us immense pleasure to announce the 10th Edition of National Moot Court Competition from 09th-11th October, 2023 organised by Moot Court Society, School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun. The competition strives to recognise and appreciate lawyering skills amongst budding talents and provide them a platform to develop their professional skills.

Mode of Event

Offline: therefore at the University Premises

Eligibility

The Competition is open for students pursuing three/five-year L.L.B. Degree Course from recognised Law College/University in India, subject to fulfilment of the registration formalities. The participants are inclusive of L.L.M. students as well.

Team Composition

Each team shall consist of maximum of three members (Two Mooters and One Researcher). All participants are mandatorily required to carry their University/College ID Cards during the competition.

NOTE:

1. The Awardees shall be given a Certificate of Excellence.
2. The Semi-Finalists shall be given a Certificate of Merit.
3. A Certificate of Participation will be given to each participant.

30th August, 2023: Release of Moot Proposition, Rules and Regulations of the Moot Court Competition

26 September, 2023: Last Date of Registration

2nd October, 2023: Last Date for Submission of Memorials (Soft Copy)

09th October, 2023: Last date of Submission of Memorials (Hard Copy)
